Why we are different

We provide medical assistance directly to frontline field hospitals. Together with my partner agencies, we gather intel on what is needed most, where it's needed most.

We are a group of individuals with EMT, combat and organizational experience who have designated their free time and will to providing medical assistance to the frontline. Together, with the network of professionals and partner agencies we have built up since the first days of the invasion, we promise to provide aid to the frontlines..

The fog of war not only clouds combatants, but supply routes and information. Gathering information, verifying it and setting out to get the most crucial medical assistance to the most crucial locations is no simple task. To make things worse, the horrors of war don't end at the frontlines. Human traffickers, thieves, scalpers and disinformation further complicate the situation. We've seen it in Afghanistan and Syria, now our team is seeing it here. Every day, tons of aid are arriving at the Polish border or in Lviv. What happens after that is for many a mystery. We promise to guarantee our helpers and donators with the assurance that our aid is being delivered to where it's needed by providing photographic evidence.

Welcome to Ukraine

Our Financial Goals

The invasion started on the 28th of February, 2022. By Day 2, we were deep diving into telegram and signal groups. The websites of the Ukrainian government agencies and embassies were being DDOS'd and hacked. Secure messaging apps were the only way to really communicate with on-ground units to gather real-time information. By Day 6 we had the van packed and were rolling out. Body armor, tourniquets and whatever combat relevant supplies were sold out across the country. Thomas had dumped his savings, gathered donations and fast-tracked medical equipment to his home. After the first trip, the reality and importance of our mission became very clear. Medicine and medical supplies were top priority - we had to adjust our financial goals to become effective. We've set the goal for each supply run to be around 15,000€. About 5-10% of that goes into admin and transportation costs. This varies depending on if we are helping a refugee family back to Berlin or if we have emergencies to cover. For a more detailed analysis on how our funding and expenses are tracked, please visit our expenses page.

What matters is we were one of the first medical transport units in the country. This has given us an elevated status among our partners and made us quickly trustworthy.

Our Successes

We have so far successfully completed two trips into Ukraine. The supplies we brought are listed below. With the help of two doctors in Berlin, the intel of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health and with information assistance by a trauma surgeon in Berlin, we were able to pack high-priority items to be delivered into hot zones across the country. So far, our aid has reached the Kyiv, Sumy and Chernihiv regions of Ukraine. We are proud of what we have accomplished so far. A list of prices and full expenses can be found on our expenses page. This way, you can track what these items cost in Berlin and verify that the money we spend is going primarily to medical aid and assistance. It is important to us that we are transparent to our donators.
Like we said, no bullshit.
